Economy

MEC is assisting in the development of the local economy in Western Mongolia

 Build the Khushuut road from Khushuut in Khovd Province, Western
  Mongolia to Xinjiang, PRC. MEC has specifically agreed to allow public
  use for the improvement of the peoples' livelihood at no charge despite
  MEC's substantial capital investment
Provide local employment opportunities
Continuing improvement in the existing infrastructure and future
  investments in new camps and facilities

Employment

MEC is assisting in the development of the local economy in Western Mongolia

Strict health and safety policies for MEC workers
Support local community construction
Develop computer training programs
Support vocational training centres
